10月11日，第一届“汉语桥”世界中学生中文比赛“学贯中西”---汉语及中国文化知识笔试开始，考试内容主要包括中国国情，历史、地理、文化、民俗、语言文字知识等，重点考察选手们的汉语知识、中华文化以及对中国国情的了解情况。第一场笔试中，莱索托选手罗伊伊得分64分，李成功得分62分。
